What makes pixel art buildable in Minecraft?
A generic pixel-art filter only changes how a picture looks. A Minecraft pixel art generator has a harder job: every output cell must correspond to an actual block, a physical coordinate and a quantity you can collect. How to generate Minecraft pixel art from an image

Do not upscale automatically because a larger export is not always a better build. Test recognition at a small size first, then increase the grid only when the extra detail changes something important.
Survival Friendly
Prioritizes more obtainable blocks. Use it when material collection matters more than the closest possible color match.
Concrete Only
Produces clean, saturated colors that suit logos and graphic art, but concrete preparation may require substantial sand, gravel and dyes.
Full Palette
Uses a broader set for closer matching. Review the material list carefully because some selected blocks may be expensive or inconvenient.
PNG, CSV or Litematic: which output should you use?
PNG blueprint: the most portable choice. Keep it open on another screen and build row by row in Java, Bedrock, console or mobile.
CSV material list: the collection plan. It records exact quantities and makes it easier to organize stacks and storage before construction.
