Terms of Service
Terms, disclaimer, and copyright for BlockArtLab
These terms govern your use of BlockArtLab’s converter, AI map maker, gallery downloads, and credit purchases.
Last updated October 16, 2026
1. Independent service notice (Minecraft)
BlockArtLab is an independent website and community tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Mojang AB, Microsoft, or any official Minecraft entities. Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation / Mojang. BlockArtLab is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by Mojang or Microsoft.
2. Accounts
Some features (PNG / Litematic export, AI generation, credit purchases, and gallery unlocks) require an account. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
3. Credits, payments, and downloads
- Credits are digital account balance used for AI map generation and certain gallery downloads.
- One-time credit packs do not automatically renew. Pricing is shown on the pricing page before checkout.
- If a generation fails and no usable map is produced, consumed generation credits are returned automatically when the system can detect the failure.
- Gallery unlocks may charge credits once; repeat downloads of an unlocked map can be free thereafter as implemented in the product.
- Except where required by law, purchased credits are generally non-refundable once delivered to your account. Contact support@blockartlab.com for billing disputes.
4. License to use outputs
Subject to these terms, you may use blueprints, material lists, and schematics you generate or unlock for personal Minecraft worlds and non-infringing community builds. You remain responsible for ensuring your prompts, uploaded concepts, and published maps do not violate third-party rights. Commercial redistribution of BlockArtLab premium gallery packages as a competing asset store is not permitted without written permission.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use BlockArtLab to create or distribute unlawful, hateful, sexual involving minors, or privacy-violating content; to attack the service; to circumvent payment or moderation; or to scrape the site in a way that harms availability. We may refuse generation, remove maps, or ban accounts that break these rules.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
BlockArtLab is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, perfect color matching, compatibility with every Minecraft or Litematica version, or fitness for a particular purpose. Always test schematics in a creative copy before large survival builds.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BlockArtLab and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to paid features is limited to the amount you paid to BlockArtLab for the relevant purchase in the three months before the claim.
8. Copyright
Site design, software, documentation, and original BlockArtLab content are owned by BlockArtLab or its licensors. Minecraft assets and trademarks belong to their respective owners. User-generated prompts and maps remain your responsibility; by publishing to the gallery you grant BlockArtLab a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute the published map within the product.
9. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including cookies and third-party advertising partners such as Google AdSense when ads are shown.
10. Changes & contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after the updated date means you accept the changes. Questions: support@blockartlab.com or the contact page.
