What do credits pay for?
One AI build-package generation costs 20 credits (prompt → blocks → materials → PNG, CSV, Litematic). Unlocking a published community map costs 10 credits once.
Simple credit packs
New accounts include 1 free AI build package (default 20 welcome credits unless disabled in admin settings). After that, one generation costs 20 credits ($1.99 for the single pack).
Current one-time credit packs do not expire and are not subscriptions. Credits purchase BlockArtLab generation and design-file access. They are not Minecraft in-game currency, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or withdrawn.

Do credits expire?
Current one-time credit packs do not expire and are not subscriptions.
What happens if generation fails?
If generation fails or times out and no usable map is produced, consumed generation credits are returned automatically when the system detects the failure. Contact support@blockartlab.com if a completed transaction is not reflected in your balance.
What if I dislike a completed result?
A finished generation that you simply dislike is not an automatic refund. See Terms for billing disputes.
Are AI-generated maps public?
Maps stay private in My Maps by default. You can optionally share a safe result to the public gallery after generation.
What does the free converter include?
Image conversion is separate from credits. PNG, printable PDF, and CSV are free without an account; only .litematic needs free sign-in. Credits are for AI generation and gallery unlocks.
How are prompts moderated?
Every user prompt is screened before it reaches an image model. Prompts that are denied or flagged are blocked, and generation is also blocked when the moderation service is unavailable. See our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
